About Me

I’m Tony Omondi Blair, a Kenyan artist, animator, comic creator, and storyteller.

I’m the creator of KOMIK KING, Black Pixel, Kibonzo Enclave, and Bounce Man Animation Studios. My work is driven by a belief that African stories, cultures, ideas, and perspectives deserve to occupy a strong and distinctive place in global pop culture.

My creative work spans comic book creation, illustration, 2D animation, character design, visual development, and graphic design. I enjoy exploring different forms of visual storytelling and bringing original characters and worlds to life through sequential art and animation.

Much of my work explores the intersection of science fiction, African history and culture, philosophy, politics, mythology, and speculative ideas. I’m particularly interested in building original worlds with their own characters, histories, conflicts, and identities—stories that can grow beyond a single comic or animation.

I’m a largely self-driven creator, developing my projects independently while continually refining my craft. My goal is to create original African intellectual properties and tell stories that are ambitious, distinctive, and unapologetically my own.

This website showcases a bit of what i can and have made. Majorty of my work is over at my Patreon —the art, comics, animations, and projects I have created, as well as the worlds I am still building.
