Payments
Payments should be made within 24hours of the clean being carried out, we may ask for a deposit or payment upfront in some circumstances. We will add a £5 charge for each reminder that needs to be sent out.
Cancellations
As self employed cleaners we pride ourselves in meeting the needs of our clients, where cancellations are made at short notice it means we are unable to offer the time slot to another client, we ask if you can give as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your clean, please ensure this is done at least 48hours in advance. If a cancellation is made after the 48hour period you will be charged 50% of the fee, any cleans cancelled on the day of the clean you will be charged in full. If we can’t gain access to the property or we are turned away a full charge will occur.

All keys, door codes, alarm codes, lock box codes and other personal details will be kept securely.
