Payments

Payments should be made within 24hours of the clean being carried out, We may ask for a deposit or payment upfront in some circumstances. We will add a £5 admin fee for any payment reminders sent out, If you have 2 payment reminders and still no contact or payment is made it will be £10 a day until payment has been received. 

Cancellations 

As self-employed cleaners we pride ourselves in meeting our clients needs, where cancellations are made at short notice it means we are unable to offer the slot to another client, we ask that you give as much notice as possible should you need to cancel, Any cancellations made within 48hrs notice will be charged at 50% and full payment will be required with 24hrs notice. If we arrive and can't gain access to the property or we are turned away a full charge will occur.

Confidentiality

All keys, door codes, alarm codes, lock box codes and any other personal details will be kept safe and secure. 

Before and after photos

We rely on before and after photos of our work for social media advertisement's, If you have any specific areas you would not like us to photo please let us know.
