My name is Toney Adams, and I’m passionate about helping individuals reach the next level—especially those who may not yet see the path forward. Growing up in Birmingham with humble beginnings, I developed a strong emotional intelligence early in life. I learned that achieving anything worthwhile required not just hard work, but resilience and adaptability to overcome challenges others didn’t face.

Fast forward to my time at Auburn University—the beautiful village on the plains. For me, Auburn wasn’t just a place; it was a transformation. It’s where I learned to break the limits I had placed on myself and embrace the beauty and possibilities of life. Through determination and adaptability, I earned my degree in Business Administration Finance and began my journey in real estate with Keller Williams.

The journey wasn’t easy, but mastering effective communication and building strong relationships with others helped me grow as a leader. I learned the importance of empowering those around me, identifying each person’s strengths, and delegating tasks humbly and intentionally. By bringing together a team of driven individuals and aligning them with a shared vision, I’ve been fortunate to lead my real estate office to become the number one in the market—and we’re still growing!

But here’s what drives me: Knowing what I do is important, but knowing why I do it is everything.

Everything I do is for the next generation seeking to change their family’s legacy.
For parents who strive to be the role models their children deserve.
For the underdogs who were doubted, yet rise to overcome adversity.

Everything I do is for you. I believe wholeheartedly that with faith, determination, and a BIG WHY driving you forward, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. This belief was instilled in me by my journey and the lessons I learned at Keller Williams—and it’s what I want to pass on to you.
