1. INTRODUCTION

ToneGrab ("the App") is a color toolkit application developed by Gans Indie. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it. By using ToneGrab, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. DATA COLLECTION

ToneGrab does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal data with external servers or third parties. The App operates entirely on your device.

We do not collect:

- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)

- Location data

- Device identifiers

- Usage analytics or crash reports sent to remote servers

- Any data that leaves your device

3. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

ToneGrab stores the following data locally on your device only:

a) Theme Preference

- Your selected app theme (light or dark mode) is saved locally using the device's SharedPreferences storage.

b) Saved Color Palettes

- Color palettes you create and save in the Palette Builder feature are stored locally on your device using on-device key-value storage (GetStorage).

All locally stored data remains on your device and is never transmitted to any external server. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings.

4. PERMISSIONS

ToneGrab may request the following device permissions:

a) Camera

- Used solely to let you take a photo for color extraction.

- Images captured are processed on-device and are not stored by the App or transmitted anywhere.

b) Photo Library / Storage

- Used solely to let you select an image from your gallery for color extraction.

- Images selected are processed on-device and are not stored by the App or transmitted anywhere.

Permissions are only requested when you initiate the relevant feature and are used exclusively for that purpose.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ToneGrab includes a donation link that opens the SociaBuzz Tribe platform (sociabuzz.com) in an external browser. 

When you tap the donation link:

- You are redirected to an external website outside of this App.

- Any data you provide on that external website is governed by SociaBuzz's own Privacy Policy, not this policy.

- ToneGrab does not receive, store, or process any information from that interaction.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ToneGrab does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any personal data at all, it is safe for users of all ages.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
