Our Journey

Since its establishment in 2014, Total Outsource Management Sdn. Bhd. (TOM) has grown from managing a few service centers in Perak and Penang to operating HUAWEI, HONOR, and M-Store Authorized Service Centers nationwide. Over the years, we have expanded into flagship locations in Kuala Lumpur, strengthened our presence across major states, and ventured into M-Store multibrand outlets. By 2025, TOM achieved a significant milestone with service centers in both East and West Malaysia, reaffirming our commitment to deliver reliable service and customer-focused support across the nation.
