Tom Fish is a video producer and editor, story editor, graphic designer, instructor, and communication specialist with 20 years of developing communication tools for businesses, educators, scientists, and for broadcast.

Tom serves the School of Communication at American University in Washington, DC, where he oversees two studios, the equipment room, and an assortment of video and audio postproduction suites. He has studied and worked at AU since 2006.

Tom also served at the University of Maine for 5 years as Research Communications Manager for the Office of the Vice President for Research. Tom wrote, produced & directed UMaine's research video, Research: Imagine Knowing First. Tom also designed and produced a broad variety of scientific posters, postcards, reports, & exhibits for researchers at UMaine.
