Your Katy ISD Email address is:

• YourStudentID@students.katyisd.org
• example: kt1111111@students.katyisd.org

Your password is your district password.

EMAIL ACCESS AT SCHOOL

During the school day, you have two methods of accessing your Katy ISD email address. We will cover both.

On a Desktop Computer or Laptop:

1. Click the start menu
2. Select "All Programs"
3. Click "Microsoft Office 2013"
4. Select "Outlook 2013"

On a Chromebooks or from a Web Browser:

1. Go to mykaty.katyisd.org
2. Using the search, type in Office 365
3. Click on the Office icon, and click the mail icon
   • If prompted, login with student email address and password

EMAIL ACCESS AT HOME

1. Go to mykaty.katyisd.org
2. Using the search, type in Office 365
3. Click on the Office icon, and click the mail icon
   • If prompted, login with student email address and password
   • studentid@students.katyisd.org

OR Click here and login with your student email address and password.

IOS (APPLE) EMAIL ACCESS FROM MOBILE DEVICE

1. Open Settings/Mail and Click "Exchange"

2. Complete the first screen with the information below:

• Email: your student email address (replace the ID portion of the email address with your own ID)
• Password: your district password
• Description: Katy ISD

3. Complete the next screen with the information below:

• Email: your student email address (replace the ID portion of the email address with your own ID)
• Server: outlook.officer365.com
• Domain: Katyisd
• Username: your student email address (replace the ID portion of the email address with your own ID)
• Password: your district password
• Description: Katy ISD
