3/7/25: Sophomore guard Bree Robinson transferred to JMU after one season at Michigan State, and her defensive intensity and improved three-point shooting helped the Dukes to an 18-0 Sun Belt Conference record.
11/4/24: Justin Taylor has bled purple and gold before joining the basketball Dukes this season. His mother Kerri Taylor played college basketball at JMU. Justin now comes to Harrisonburg after two seasons at Syracuse. He's glad to be closer to his hometown of Charlottesville.

7/23/24: JMU student-athletes spoke on being in EA College Football 25. Includes comments from head coach Bob Chesney, student-athletes Jacob Dobbs and Taji Hudson, and Sun Belt Commissioner Keith Gill.
12/16/24: The Boca Raton Bowl was a homecoming for JMU freshman quarterback JC Evans. Evans played his senior year of high school football at Miami Central.
3/12/25: Matthew Sluka joined the JMU football program this past offseason following an NIL dispute at UNLV.
12/19/24: Redshirt junior Billy Atkins and freshman JC Evans each played quarterback for JMU football in its 27-17 win over Western Kentucky in the Boca Raton Bowl on Wednesday. Here are a few takeaways from that game.
4/15/24: I spoke to longtime JMU basketball commentator David Taylor on changes in the sport he has seen over time, particularly in women's basketball. Taylor discussed his favorite moments from his career as well as the changes he's seen over time.
