Birthday Discount

Birthday person can receive a free meal on their birthday when they come with two or more other paying adults (minimum 3 people total).

Birthday discount is valid from 3 days before the birthday to 3 days after the birthday.

Must provide proof of birthday such as ID, birth certificate and passport. Digital copy on a phone is accepted.

Time Limit

Must have at least half the party size present to be seated. Every party has a 2 hour maximum stay.

Late customers can stay 30 minutes after our closing time.

Excessive Waste Charge

Customers who waste too much food will be charged $10 extra.

Please do not waste food and take only what you can eat.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Special offers, discounts, and/or coupons cannot be combined.

One coupon per table per visit.

No personal checks are accepted.

We only accept Visa or MasterCard.

When you pay by credit cards or debit cards, we will check the ID of the card holder.

Please beware of your personal belongings. Our restaurant is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially during holidays or special occasions.

No animals allowed inside except service animals with certificate of proof.

Please notify us if you are allergic to these food allergens (milk, wheat, eggs, beans, peanuts, tree nuts, shell fish, fishes, etc) before dinning at Tomi. Our restaurant is not responsible for any health problem caused by food allergens.
