App Usage & Statistics Data: To generate the "Statistics" reports (e.g., Today's Tomatoes, Focus Trends), we store data regarding your focus duration, timestamp of completed tomatoes, and frequency of usage locally on your device.
User-Generated Content (Local): The Task Names and Task Progress you enter are stored locally on your device to facilitate task management. We do not upload your specific task details to our servers.
Crash Logs: In the event of an error, we may collect crash reports (via services like Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
3. Permissions
To function properly as a focus tool, TomatoFocus may request the following permissions:
Notifications (Post Notifications): To send you alerts (pop-ups or sounds) when a focus session (25min) or break time ends, even if the app is in the background.
Vibration: To provide haptic feedback when a timer completes or when interacting with buttons.
Prevent Phone from Sleeping (Wake Lock): To ensure the countdown timer remains active and accurate while you are focusing.
Internet Access: To load non-personalized ads (if applicable) and strictly necessary usage analytics.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. The services we use may include:
Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
Google Firebase: For analytics and crash reporting.
