Tomato is a screen time management app designed to help users reduce distractions, manage app usage, and build healthier habits.

With your permission, Tomato uses Apple’s Screen Time tools, including Family Controls, Device Activity, and Managed Settings.
This access allows Tomato to:

Block selected apps
Apply daily limits and scheduled blocking periods
Tomato cannot read the contents of your messages, photos, passwords, calls, or private communications.
Apps selected through Apple’s Screen Time system are represented using privacy-protected tokens.

Onboarding answers
Goals and habit preferences
Progress and usage summaries
Notification settings
Subscription status
This information is mainly stored on your device and in storage shared between Tomato and its iOS extensions.

App status and progress
You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Tomato offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Tomato uses RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscription status, and premium access.
RevenueCat may process information such as:
The subscription product purchased
Purchase and renewal status
Transaction and receipt information
An anonymous app user identifier
Technical information needed to manage subscriptions
Payment details, including credit card information, are handled by Apple and are not provided directly to Tomato.

Tomato does not display third-party advertising.
Tomato does not use Screen Time information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Most Tomato settings and usage summaries are stored locally on your device.
This information may remain on your device until you:
Change or reset your settings
Delete the app
Remove the information through the app
Apple and RevenueCat may keep purchase records as needed to manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide support, or meet legal requirements.
Tomato uses reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by the app.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can:
Grant or remove Screen Time access
Change your selected apps
Change limits and schedules
Turn notifications on or off
Cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
Delete Tomato from your device
Removing Screen Time permission may prevent some features from working.
Tomato is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Parents or guardians should supervise use of the app where appropriate.
