Dual-Memories was a team project, that was created for Global Game Jam 2022.
It is a narrative first-person game that takes place inside a museum, full of illusions. The player's character has gone insane and is viewing inside his soul in hopes of saving it. The player can interact with different objects, which unlock either good or bad memories. These memories affect the player's sanity and so, they determine how the player's character progressed in their life. The overall sanity of the player at the end of the game may also result in a distinct outcome.
The team behind Dual-Memories consisted of seven people; three developers, two 3D artists, one sound engineer and one writer. I was one of the developers and my main role was to develop the gameplay mechanisms of the project.
The game was made with Unity 2020.3 LTS in URP. You can find more information and play the game at the Global Game Jam Page.
