Congratulations on your new bun! We are ecstatic that you have chosen to pick your new family member from one of our herd.
Deposits:
A Non-Refundable deposit is mandatory to hold your rabbit of choice. Without deposit there is NO guarantee that you will get the bunny you have decided on.
· Rabbits are NOT available for reservation until 4 weeks at the earliest but are typically posted to our social media pages on a first come first serve basis between 6-8 weeks of age.
· We do not host a waitlist, although you can message us directly if you would like general information on when a specific color MIGHT be available. (Turning on post notifications on our social media pages is the best way to see what will be available soon.)
· We do not guarantee any rabbit will be available until they are posted for reservation. Not all posted rabbits on our pages will be available for purchase, but all rabbits posted as available for reservation are available to the public until a deposit has been placed for the rabbit. Our rabbitry does retain the right to first pick any of the animals produced here.
· Deposits must be sent via Zelle only. We do not accept any other forms of payment for deposits. Your remaining balance can be paid via cash or Zelle when you pick up your bunny on their go home date.
Holds:
Holding rabbits past their go home day will be on a case-by-case basis, and only available BEFORE they leave for their new homes. Once the rabbit has left our care, we cannot take it back to hold it longer, this is for the biosafety of all animals involved. Any extended or necessary holds must be discussed with us BEFORE a deposit is submitted, and will have an associated fee.
· For any rabbits that are held past their go home date, there will be a 20$ PER WEEK fee that will be due when you pick up your rabbit and pay your remaining balance. The fee will not be prorated if you are having us hold for less than 7 days. All holds will be subject to the minimum of 20$ and will accrue a weekly fee. For example, if we hold your rabbit for ten days, this will be considered as two full weeks and will be charged accordingly. This must be paid in full before the rabbit is released into your care.
· We understand that life happens, so we do offer a two-day grace period to pick up your rabbit once the go home date has arrived. To clarify, you will have a total of 3 days to pick up your rabbit. Day 1 is your rabbits go home day; days 2 & 3 are the subsequent days after. After the third day, unless other agreements have been made, your rabbit will become available to the public again, and your deposit will be retained by the rabbitry. Please message us directly, in advance, if you believe this will be applicable to you.
*Please ensure that you make the necessary arrangements, and have the availability to pick up your rabbit, before placing a deposit.
ATTENTION
Although we LOVE our bunnies, we are not able to board or take back rabbits that have left our rabbitry. We are a small family run rabbitry, and although we do ensure that all our rabbits are kept in a climate controlled indoor environment, we simply do not have the space for boarding or returns. Rabbits from outside of our rabbitry are considered a biosecurity risk and cannot be housed near our rabbits. We do not have an alternative space to quarantine, and due to this we cannot safely accept outside animals. Thank you for your understanding.
