Terms of Service

To lock in a commission, you have to pay at least 50% of the negotiated price.
Partial payment must be sent when the client has received the first proof of progress otherwise the piece will not be finalized.
Provide character references, otherwise, character design charges may be Applied.
Removal of watermark will be charged as commercial use.
I reserve the right to reject commissions
No refunds, unless I cannot work on your commission (then there will be a full refund)

Payment

Currency accepted is either USD (paypal) or PHP (Gcash).
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

As the artist... I will NOT share our conversation without your permission.
While I’m working on your commission, I will check in with you often to make sure I make it just right for you!
If you, as the client, feel as if the artist had unfairly added charges, negotiations can be re-established.
If the client is unsatisfied with the final result, but wish to keep the piece, they will be given 10% off the second payment back.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Final product will be a full-resolution file (canvas size of your choosing @<2300dpi) of final drawing sent to your email. Final file formats are usually PNG.
I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of the terms.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, including youtube.
You may print the commissioned work for personal use only.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT remove the artist's watermark or alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.
You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.
