Bamboo dance is a traditional dance in the Philippines.  We step in and out of the 2 bamboo poles in rhythm.

羽子板の羽根に似たものを蹴って遊びます。サッカーのリフティングのようにして一人で遊んだり、数人で落とさないように蹴り合ったりします。

Jianzi is a traditional Chinese sport. We use a big shuttlecock. We lift it like a soccer ball or pass it to others to keep it from touching the ground.

ボールと10本のスティックを使うゲームです。片手でボールを上に投げ、素早くスティックを拾います。拾う数を順に増やしていき、一番早く10本キャッチできた人が勝利です！

This is a game that uses a ball and 10 sticks. Throw the ball up with one hand and pick up a stick quickly. Increase the amount of sticks you pick up with each round in order. The person who can gather 10 sticks first wins.

音楽に合わせて踊り、音楽が止まったらじゃんけんをします。負けた人は勝った人の後ろについて列を作っていくレクリエーションです。

最後まで残るのは誰だ！

Dance to music, play rock-paper-scissors when the music stops. The loser form a line behind the winners.
