Global Research Institute for Advanced Sustainable Studies (GRASS), University of Toyama is a small research institute, but PSE shares many research topics in common. For example, sustainable science is one of the most important topics in GRASS, and there are a handful of researchers in PSE working in this field. Another example is the research related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, in which several researchers at PSE are interested and intensively producing new research results, while Russian studies is also one of the main research interest of GRASS. Considering these two that each of the organization shares, this joint research seminar is sure to be a fruitful one.
