Work Experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor the production's processes finishing department for Quality and Productivity

• Good Knowledge and Understanding processes and machineries being used in finishing specially for denim.

• Guide operators to avoid fabric faults during finishing.

• Ensuring physical parameters of the fabric as per specifications.

• To ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with global standard.

• Give necessary guidelines to meet the shipment schedule and deliver products with required quality and to coordinate the production shift.

• Ensuring smooth execution of wash (R&D) of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.

• To handle high-capacity denim wash production maintaining quality and safety.

• To maintain the costing based on different wash types & styles.

• Maintaining the basic SOP of the wet process and minimizing production costs and maintaining quality standards.

• To minimize rewash or rework percentage and closely monitor on it.

• To utilize properly the maximum capacity of wet processes' machineries.

• Handle shift activities independently.

• Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating low operator performances.

• Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing.

• Maintaining lost time recording and calculate efficiency.

• Prepare Monthly MIS Report of respective Floor.

• Perform on Any other task assigned by the management Skill Assessment & Evaluation Training to workers & Production staff.

• Ensuring floor & shift discipline and safety related issues and control MMR.

• Co-coordinator with Knitting Dyeing & quality Delivery.

• Plan And execute as per buyer Requirement.

• Assure Quality as per Buyer Requirements.
