I've run into a weird issue with DaVinci Resolve where I can't enable the track targeting toggle, no matter which video or audio track I click on. When it's working correctly, clicking on the track selector should highlight it in red and display the track label (like V1), right? But that's not happening for me in this particular project.

I just tried this on a PC running MC6 (moderators got it early for testing), and clicking ALT+7 and ALT+8, which are mapped to V2 and V1 on the default keyboard, toggles the monitor between V2 and V1. I assume if you have more tracks mapped to the keyboard, clicking ALT plus whatever key the video track is mapped to would put the monitor on that track.

Just a thank you really... been doing some really laborious syncing of A B roll material with only audio and visual sync points to work with so the top video track obscures the one below unless you select monitor (until now with a mouse click) and I've been thinking I really must go and look on the community to see if I can change track monitoring from the the keyboard... I think you may well have rescued my sanity! Thank you.

Deere make a little remote box that plugs into harness in back of 2630 harness

What I am wondering is if I can ask my dealer to setup a room maybe called "Modes" and create on/off lights in that room that would correspond with certain modes we use (ex. Vacation, Guest, Entertainment, etc). Those modes track different binary variables I have setup. I already have custom bottoms created to turn certain modes on or off easily from iDevices, touchscreens etc. But so far I haven't figured out a way to determine if a mode is already on or off. I'd like to use a navigator or iDevice and see that the Vaction "light" in the Mode "room" is on or off. And then I could also turn a light/mode on or off from this screen and have it toggle the variable accordingly.

Thanks Ryan. Given that you are a pretty credible resource (understatement of the year!), I'm not too optimistic about being able to do what I want to do. For the record, I do use LED colors on 2/6 keypads to monitor/track all sorts of things. This whole crazy fake light idea is more to manage things when we aren't at home or in a room that has an associated LED.

Use Word with your keyboard and a screen reader to track, show, and list the changes in your document. We've tested it with Narrator, JAWS, and NVDA, but it might work with other screen readers as long as they follow common accessibility standards and techniques. You'll also learn how to accept or reject tracked changes.

You have several options to check and navigate the tracked changes in a document. You can simply let your screen reader read the document announcing the changes. If the document is long or there are many tracked changes, you might want to use the listing options that Word or the screen reader offers for an overview of the changes. Alternatively, you can navigate through the document change by change.

When you turn Track Changes off, Word stops marking up new changes. All changes that were already tracked remain marked up in the document, until you remove them. You can turn this feature off using either a direct keyboard shortcut or the ribbon.

To accept all tracked changes, press the Tab key until you hear Accept menu button," and then press Control+Option+Shift+M. Press the Tab key until you hear "Accept all changes" and press Control+Option+Spacebar.

To reject all tracked changes, press the Tab key until you hear Reject menu button," and then press Control+Option+Shift+M. Press the Tab key until you hear "Reject all changes" and press Control+Option+Spacebar.

We recommended these small toggle clamps for use when routing, cutting bowed or warped lumber, when cutting material with a slick surface finish, or when added confidence is needed with expensive materials.

Surely; one of the fundamental attributes of good sawing is the consistent alignment of the blade and the the material being sawn?

The beauty of these clamps is that they keep the track and the material being sawn, consistently aligned together, positively preventing all wobble.

Using a regular 7 1/4 " saw, I recently had to wet-saw a pile of (VERY hard) 3/4" porcelain slabs. I decided to saw the full thickness in three passes.

As I increased the depth of the saw blade for each pass, the position and orientation remained so consistent, that the finished cut looked like a one-pass factory finish. I was very pleased indeed, and could not ask for a better finish - and all due to these simple and very effective track clamps.

The active GUI should now appear. The [Create Reference Track] button changes into a [Go To Reference Track button]. You can toggle the reference track with your song with the [large Toggle button] (there is a checkbox for single track operation too)

There is a  volume slider underneath, controls the post volume of the reference track for easier balancing. Also an  [M] button for mono-ing both your reference track and your song.

A new track is created at position `track 01` and solo`d with the name `REF` ACTIVE (this will become `REF` MUTED on toggle)

The wav you just clicked will also have autoseek switched on now.

A C-4 is added to the first pattern to activate the wav.

The tool works by adding a gainer that is controlled with track mute states so even when you are soloing other tracks and adjusting your own mix, the reference remains silent.

The added track is automatically routed to the same destination as your master track so it bypasses master processing so you can get accurate AB testing.

Can be used for a reference track wav or any other long wav you want to adjust the song length to. I`ve separated it from the creation of a reference track as you may not always want that to adjust your song length to what your referencing. Plus it may be a useful standalone shortcut when working with long wavs anyway.

For quick mono-ing of a whole mix by use of a custom Stereo Expander called "Mono Mix". It is added the Master track and the Reference track (if present).

This shortcut can be used without a reference track to just to check your mono compatibility while mixing.

The TrueTrac Toggle Clamps (set of 2) are designed to go on the underside of your TrueTrac track saw guide rail system. They are available for use in situations where the non-skid material on the anti-chip edging is not enough to keep the guide rail secured to the workpiece.

Teacher Background:

Students will use animal tracks to create art. The Track Maker Copy Page (pdf) received prior to the field trip provides sample tracks to be used for their project. A variety of artistic media may be used. Tracks in the snow are often the best way to determine that winter animal activity is taking place in an area. Becoming a skilled "tracker" takes patience and a lot of time out in the snow observing. Each animals track is different in shape, size, and design (depending on its function). Having students study the tracks on the Track Maker Copy Page and then use their imagination to create animals, designs, or even snowflakes will help them internalize track shapes and remember some of the functional reasons for those shapes.

Assessment:

Cover over the names on one of the "Track Maker Copy Pages" and make copies for each student. Have them write in the animal's name for the proper track. Draw a fairly complicated track story on the board and have students write their version of the story

Update: I can toggle back to tracking a tag badge using the fix mentioned in Shadow Wizard's comment below. While tracking a tag badge, the gear to toggle back to tracking privileges is visible again, and I can use it to switch. However, once I switch back to tracking privileges using it, it disappears again.

Track targeting gives you additional control over clips on the timeline when doing copy-and-paste operations. When you copy and paste an item on the timeline, it is pasted on the lowest track targeted based on the layer order. For example, if you have V1 and V4 targeted, your content will paste to track one.

Match framing allows you to find the source frame of any frame in a sequence clip on the timeline and brings it up in the source monitor. Premiere Pro will only match the frame of the clip when a track is targeted and will always match the frame in the highest targeted track. For example, if you have clips on video tracks V1, V2, and V4, and only V2 is targeted, Premiere Pro will match the frame of the clip on track two.

Track targeting helps you navigate quickly through the timeline. Use the up and down arrow keys to snap your playhead to In and Out points of clips on targeted tracks. You can have multiple tracks targeted at any given time, allowing you to navigate any clip's In and Out points on the timeline.
