The Petitions can be submitted online. This facility can be used by the Indian Citizens. All the supporting documents of the petition are to be uploaded as a single pdf/jpg file. After the initial scrutiny of the petition and the attached documents, the submitted petitions will be forwarded to the Concerned Officer and processed. The language of the petition can be Tamil or English. The petitions can also be submitted at Collectorate/RDO Office/Taluk Office and some selected Office counters and CSCs. For each petition, an acknowledgement with the petition number and QR Code will be displayed, and the same can be saved for future reference. In addition, an SMS acknowledgement will also be sent.

We have created temporary user ID and password to the existing factories. For example a factory having the registration number of "KM5555" in kancheepuram district, we have provided eight digit user ID as "KPM05555". The district code has been changed to KPM instead of KM and the present registration number changed to 5 digits by adding zeros at the front. Temporary password has been assigned as the same user ID. For the above factory password is also "KPM05555". After modifying / adding the necessary data , the occupier should submit for final approval of the Joint Director. Once approved by JD, the online services could be availed by the existing factories. Please contact the concerned Joint Director for further details.

Your Dispatch Record will be Updated in TNNMC Database once after receiving your Original NOC Letter.    Step 5:Issue of Surrendered NOC  Your Original NOC letter will be verified by TNNMC Staffs and your Submitted Origianl Documents will be sent to your registered Communication Postal Address Through Postal.  Get your Original Certificates from TNNMC.

Specify the From / To Active period with it's registration Certificate copy. Set your Current Active Nursing Council and Click on Save and Continue.    Step 3: Enter Communication Details  Fill up your Communication Details and submit your Request.    Step 4: TNNMC Verification  Your reference no will be displayed on the screen and use this number for any queries related with your application. Your Foreign Verification Form/Letter ( Hard Copy ) will be sent to your Requested Council. After 7 working days, you can track the status of your application form in the same login.
