After leaving a career in healthcare, where she saw the system fall short in addressing the entire being, she set out to create brave spaces for meaningful restoration and reconnection. Through intentional movement, Mel invites others to release what no longer serves them, reconnect to their essences, restore their entire being, and rise into the fullest expression of themselves. Her mission is to help us thrive in this one beautiful life we are given.
