Why isn't Eisen showing weather data?

Eisen needs location access and a network connection to load weather. Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Eisen and allow location access, then make sure your internet connection is active.

My weather data looks wrong or outdated.

Pull down to refresh on the main screen. If the issue persists, confirm Location Services are enabled and that your selected city is correct.

How do I add the Eisen widget to my home screen?

Long press your home screen, tap the + icon, search for "Eisen", and select your preferred widget size.

How do I add or manage cities?

Open Eisen and use the city manager from the main screen to add locations. You can remove saved cities from the same list.

How do I restore my Eisen Plus subscription?

Open Eisen, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone > Apple ID > Subscriptions, then select Eisen Plus and tap Cancel.
