Information & Expectations
Raiders are expected to be fully consumed with the best achievable enchants and gear and outside of raids. We generally do not recruit for the bench, so 100% attendance is expected short of an extenuating circumstance. Should you need to miss raid please post in our #missing-or-late channel in Discord as soon as possible so we can plan for your absence.
Suggestion: Please have one viable raid ready alt.
Raiders should have any necessary reputation that may be relevant to raiding and/or progression. Example: Exalted Aldor or Scryer for the shoulder enchant.
We expect raiders to conduct periodic reviews of their own logs and seek out ways to improve.
DKP System & Add-on

This is the add-on we use to manage our raid's DKP auctions and distribution. The add-on is not required but you will need it if you want to see your standings.
General Rules:
On-time: 50 DKP will be awarded to every raider outside the portal or inside the instance 10 minutes prior to the start of the raid.
Bids increase in 50 DKP increments.
Boss DKP is 40 DKP per person, both raid and bench.
Bonus DKP may be awarded in special circumstances.
Hourly/progression DKP is ad-hoc and would depend on several factors including overall raid performance for the evening.
You can earn 50 DKP/week, cost varies, for donation DKP. Currently it's 100g or 1 Pyrestone or 1 Crimson Spinel*. Donations can be made in bulk and pay out in 50 DKP increments each week. (*this could change and this page may not be updated.) Check or ask in the #donation-list channel to be sure of current donation needs.
DKP penalties can happen for repeated or avoidable mistakes, especially if a raid wipe is called. We usually will take a percentage of DKP depending on the severity of the mistake. We always try to enforce this as fairly as possible but no two situations are the same.
If a Raider switches mains we can discuss a complete or partial transfer of DKP. This will depend a few factors, namely how well the switch serves the guild and raid as a whole.
Initiate bids are capped at 250, and can go into a negative balance if they do not have DKP to spend. Mains will always have preference over alts and socials.
