People have the right to be free of distress and burden. Assisting people through the unkown brings peace of mind and resolves mental anguish.
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love (Galations 5:13)
Knowledge is the cure for fear. Mental and physical healing happens when the right path for acceptance or recovery is chosen.
The one who gets wisdom loves life; the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper (Proverbs 19:8).
Providing guardian services for those who are incapacitated to ensure they can maintain dignity and as much independence as possible to continue a safe, healthy and happy life.
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute (Proverbs 31:8).
Dr. Jonathan Helms has been a registered nurse for 20 years. He began his healthcare career as an EMT and worked his way through nursing school as a CNA. Along his healthcare journey he gained a multi-specialty clinical background that prepared him for community service. His Master's degree in Population Health with a minor in Education prepared him for understanding the healthcare needs of the community outside of the healthcare system. His work in the emergency room, skilled nursing and long term care helped him to glean hands on insight to the challenges of a community of patients with limited access to the healthcare system. While earning his Doctoral degree in Nurse Executive Leadership and Innovation, Dr. Helms fine tuned his understanding of healthcare intricacies. He has a desire to serve the people in the community through his understanding of the complexity of the individual's journey within the healthcare system which he understands continues to present ongoing challenges in their daily lives.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. (John 13:34)
