These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using Task Town ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Task Town is a habit-building application that combines task management with town-building gameplay.
Users shall not engage in any of the following:
Any activity that violates laws or public order and morals.
Any activity that interferes with the operation of the App or causes harm to other users.
Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering, or interference with the App.
Any other conduct that the developer considers inappropriate.
Data created within the App, including tasks, town progress, and adventure diary entries, is generally stored locally on the user's device.
Users are responsible for managing their own data. The developer is not responsible for any loss of data caused by device failure, loss, reset, deletion of the App, or other circumstances.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including its software, design, graphics, text, and other content, belong to the developer or the respective rights holders.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features without prior notice.
The developer may revise these Terms at any time when deemed necessary. Revised Terms become effective once they are published within the App or on the related website.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、Task Town（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、ToDo（やること）の管理と街づくりを組み合わせた習慣化支援アプリです。
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
法令または公序良俗に反する行為
本アプリの運営または他の利用者に不利益を与える行為
本アプリのプログラムを不正に改変・解析・妨害する行為
その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為
本アプリで作成したToDo、街の成長状況、冒険日記などのデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
利用者は、自らの責任においてデータを管理するものとし、端末の故障、紛失、初期化、アプリの削除などによるデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリに関するプログラム、デザイン、画像、文章、その他一切の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことにより利用者に生じた損害について、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
また、本アプリは予告なく内容の変更、機能の追加・削除、提供の中断または終了を行う場合があります。
開発者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは関連ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
