This privacy policy applies to the TO-DO mobile application (herein referred to as "Application") created by Ax360D (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

• Personal Identity: When using the "Contact Support" feature, we require your Name to identify you and provide personalized assistance. This name is stored securely in our Firebase Realtime Database.

• Support Communications: Any messages, queries, or feedback sent through the in-app chat are stored to help us resolve your issues and improve our service.

• Financial Data: The Application offers digital products (Coins) and Subscriptions via Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card or bank details. All financial transactions are managed exclusively and securely by Google Play.

• Device Identifiers: We use a unique Device ID (Android ID) to manage your chat sessions and to verify your coin balance and active subscriptions across sessions.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide essential features and advertisements, the Application utilizes the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services

• AdMob (Ads)

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Realtime Database

3. Log Data

In the event of an Application error or crash, we collect diagnostic information called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configurations at the time of the error, and usage timestamps.

This Application does not use "cookies" directly. However, third-party libraries integrated into the app may use them to collect information for advertising and analytics purposes.

We prioritize the security of your data. The Service Provider employs industry-standard electronic and procedural safeguards, such as Firebase Encryption, to protect your chat history and virtual currency (coins) balance.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
