TaskMaster is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.
TaskMaster is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal information.
The app stores the following information only on your device:
Task names
Task descriptions/details
Estimated completion times
Due dates
Task completion status
Task creation and completion dates
This data:
Is stored locally in your device's storage
Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to any servers
Is not shared with third parties
Is not accessible to us or anyone else
We do not use your information because we never have access to it. All task data remains on your device and is used solely to provide the app's functionality.
All data is stored locally on your iPhone using iOS's secure UserDefaults system. This data is:
Protected by your device's security features
Only accessible through the TaskMaster app
Automatically backed up to iCloud if you have iCloud Backup enabled (controlled by your iOS settings)
Deleted when you delete the app
TaskMaster does not use any third-party services, analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not integrate with any external services that could access your data.
TaskMaster is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your task data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. You can delete individual tasks or clear your entire task list at any time within the app. When you delete the app from your device, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
You have complete control over your data:
Access: All your data is visible within the app
Modify: You can edit or update any task at any time
Delete: You can delete individual tasks or uninstall the app to remove all data
Export: Your data stays on your device and is not exportable (to maintain privacy)
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security features:
Use a strong passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
Keep your iOS software up to date
Enable iCloud Backup if you want data recovery options
We implement industry-standard security practices in our app code to protect your locally stored data.
TaskMaster can be used anywhere in the world. Since no data is transmitted from your device, there are no international data transfer concerns.

What data does the app store? Your tasks, due dates, and completion status - but only on your phone.
Do you share my data? No. We never see your data, so we can't share it.
Do you use tracking or analytics? No. We don't track anything.
Can you see my tasks? No. Everything stays on your device.
What if I delete the app? All your data is deleted with it.
When submitting to the App Store, you'll be asked about data collection. Here's how to answer:

"Does this app or any third-party SDKs collect data from users?"

"Does this app use data for tracking purposes?"

"Does this app link data to the user's identity?"
Answer: NO
Since your app stores everything locally and doesn't transmit any data, you can honestly answer "NO" to all data collection questions!
