Perplexed

I remember going to the library and looking for books. My feet were touching the ground and my body moved though the shelves. The smell of books. The sounds of others. I miss that. I don't go to libraries much anymore, but I do visit bookstores pretty often. Same vibe. 

For better or worse, research has changed. We have the Googley eyed conspiracy theorists researching vaccines and the amazing 22 year old looking diligently for stuff in ERIC or whatever.  It is all there on the damn glossy screen.  I am perplexed. Can Todd research? Sure. Here you go. 43  sources on something and some AI generated thoughts about them. Well, I gotta go put my feet on some ground.
