Motorist finds body of shooting victim in Leakin Park. A motorist driving in Leakin Park yesterday morning found the body of a man who had been shot in the head. city police said. Homicide Detective, David Brown, said Todd D. Roney, 33, of the 2300 block of Sulgrave Ave. had been dead for several hours before he was found bout 10AM near a picnic table on Hutton Avenue near Wetheredsville Road. Police said they had no suspects or witnesses i the slaying.

According to the Judiciary Case Search a man by the name of Todd Duane Roney listing 2412 North Charles Street as an address, DOB July, 1964, has had a few interactions with the judicial system 1989-1994 for failing to show payment while riding the light rail, CDS - POSSESSION NOT MARIHUANA, Breaking and Stealing - Shop.

The Baltimore Sun reduces a man's life down to less than 100 words. The Baltimore City Police Department does almost nothing to solve this crime. I wonder if there would have been greater enthusiasm if the deceased were not a black man but a white woman?
