Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Today's Lineup (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
Today's Lineup is a baseball lineup creation and sharing app designed to help users quickly create, save, and share baseball lineups. The App may include features such as:
Baseball lineup creation
Batting order editing
Player name, number, and position entry
Team name or game information entry
Starting lineup, bench, substitute, or defensive position settings, if available
Lineup templates, saved lineups, or recent lineup history, if available
Lineup image, text, screenshot, export, or share features, if available
Theme, layout, and display preference settings
Optional notification features for lineup or game reminders, if available
The App is provided "as is" for personal and non-commercial use.
Permissions and Device Features
Today's Lineup is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access, for ads, billing, analytics, crash reporting, or optional remote content
Photos / Media / Storage access, only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, or share features that require file access
Notification access, for lineup or game reminders, if supported and enabled
Vibration access, for haptic feedback, if supported and enabled
Audio-related device features, for sound feedback, if enabled
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's data or systems
Misuse the App, advertisements, billing features, or reward-based features
Use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others
Enter, save, export, or share content that you do not have the right to use
Use team names, logos, player names, images, or trademarks in a way that violates applicable rights or creates false affiliation
You are solely responsible for the lineup information, player names, team names, notes, screenshots, exported images, shared files, or other content you create, save, export, copy, or share from the App.
User-Created Lineups and Sharing
Today's Lineup allows users to create lineup-related content. Any lineup, player information, team information, notes, images, screenshots, or exported content created through the App is user-created content.
If you enter real names, team names, jersey numbers, or other information about other people, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate right or permission to use and share that information.
If you choose to share exported text, images, screenshots, or lineup results, that content is handled by the destination app or service you choose, and that destination app or service may apply its own terms and privacy policy.
No Official Affiliation
Today's Lineup is an independent utility app. Unless explicitly stated, the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any baseball league, club, team, player, school, organization, or sports association.
Accuracy and Use Disclaimer
Today's Lineup is provided as a general baseball lineup utility for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that all lineup formats, position labels, saved records, exported images, shared content, or app behavior will always be accurate or error-free in all situations.
The App does not verify official rosters, player eligibility, game rules, league rules, tournament requirements, or official lineup submission requirements. You are responsible for checking all lineup information before using it for any game, event, tournament, school activity, club activity, or official submission.
The App is not intended for legal, professional sports administration, official scoring, safety-critical, emergency, or professional decision-making use. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on information shown, stored, exported, or shared from the App.
Advertisements and Purchases
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features, if applicable
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits or extra features, if applicable
Optional paid content or feature unlocks, if applicable
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google's policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, defect, data loss, export issue, sharing issue, or compatibility issue, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any inaccurate lineup, player name, player number, position, batting order, saved record, exported image, or shared result
Any loss of local lineups, saved records, templates, settings, cached data, preferences, or exported files due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights issue caused by content you enter, save, export, or share
Any export, screenshot, storage, sharing, notification, billing, or advertisement-related issues
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, sharing components, notification services, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
Updates and Changes
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, lineup layout changes, template changes, export improvements, performance improvements, compatibility updates, or advertisement-related updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
