It was supposed to be a new track inclusive of the official game, but for some reason it was cut from the game, and is only available and playable on the PSP version. but the truth is, we'll never know the real reason why it was cut or removed before release. My Theory: this would come included within a DLC or Patch or as a new track for the DTM.
