Developed and presented nine customized Research Impact Templates to library leadership and SRC leaders, improving campus-wide research impact tracking.
Led a comprehensive environmental scan across TMU faculties, identifying research impact needs and opportunities in collaboration with faculty and researchers.
Initiated new programmes including ORCID Affiliation Manager, DataCite membership, and reestablished the TMU-Libraries and Archives Canada thesis harvesting programme.
