Identified the key differences between casual riders and annual members; quantified bike demand by hour and week as well as provided conclusions and marketing recommendations.
Designed a data transformation process that applied open-source Fitbit fitness tracker data and provided insight on the fitness tracker market. Identified the user types by activity levels, observed the relationship between sedentary hours and hours of sleep. Profiled the average user and provided recommendations on features that would increase the number of customers and allow them to stand out in the market.
Developed a data analysis dashboard that highlighted the major contributing factors are to the revenue in order to strategically plan for next year. Created metrics from both an operations and marketing perspective.
