Since 2000 Tobias Wursthorn has been working as a freelance video and sound designer as well as a video and sound engineer. From about 2006 on, projects with a high degree of convergence between the (media) technical disciplines (light, sound, video) and the classical IT and engineering sciences came to the fore of his work. The development of special structures and conceptual planning activities then led to the founding of Intermediate Engineering GmbH in 2011.
As the technically creative head of the company, he conceived, developed and managed a wide range of projects.
2022 Tobias Wursthorn left Intermediate Engineering to be able to focus more on design, research and new technical approaches and to pursue own projects with a high convergent conceptual amount. He is a conceptionist, engineer, creative coder and always hungry for something new.
