  "Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude for this new day. Thank You for the breath in my lungs, the strength in my body, and the opportunities You have set before me. As I step into this day, I ask that You guide my actions and thoughts to reflect Your goodness and love. I was hoping you could help me to see the beauty around me and be a light to those I encounter. May everything I do today bring glory to Your name. Amen."

  "Lord, I acknowledge that I cannot face the challenges of this day on my own. I ask for Your strength to fill me so I may stand firm in adversity. Protect me from the dangers, seen and unseen that may come my way. Guard my heart from fear, and help me walk confidently in Your love and protection. I trust that You go before me and that no harm will come to me under Your care. Amen."
