- Failure to follow any of the rules below will cause you to be placed on my blacklist, where your placed depends on your actions and how they effect me.
- If you have any questions you can comment below but if there's a lot of gray area in one of the question's ask before bending the rules.

- If I take a while please remind me but give me at least a week to finish before reminding me since I am often busy.
- If you do not complete a trade I will blacklist you, however if you are unable to finish your design for a serious reason I am aware of I won't but it would be highly appreciated if you could send a few points to make up for the drawing.
- DO NOT DRAW NSFW WITH ANY OF THE DESIGNS I'VE MADE, DOING SO WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLIST.

- I will not refund you after the drawing is complete, if you want a refund ask before it's completion!
- Prices are non-negotiable unless it is a quote price!
- I won't start your order until half the points are sent.
- I have the right to refuse any order!
- If you are not satisfied with the result of your commission we can work it out but I will not refund you unless i agree to it.
- You may not refund your order within a week of the purchase without a valid reason
- I am allowed to change the item's price before you pay if I have issues drawing your order, however I will not start the commission until you are made aware of and confirm the change

- Please do not sell any free/traded designs I gave you, art not included. All of my designs are tradeable but DO NOT SELL THEM FOR MORE THEN YOU GOT THEM! Do not buy characters from me just to resell them for more then they are worth.
- I'd rather you didn't just hoard my designs and only take them if you plan on drawing them, but; I won't force you not to get one but be reasonable, designs take me time to make and I want to make ones that will be used yk.

- DONT redesign any of the characters I designed to the point where the original is unrecognizable; you will still need to give me creator credits so I don’t want to be the creator of a random design.
- If you Co-own one of my designs that's totally chill, however I am not responsible for and dispute or arguments between owners and if you decide to stop the co-ownership I won't be responsible for whoever ends up keeping the character. I will not accept two transfer requests to the same character on TH though so you guys will need to decide who's TH account it goes in.

- Pls do not commission a design if you do not have a toyhouse!! It is where I like to keep all my designs. Designs are sent to your TH after buying one.

- After claiming a free design from me you will have a 72 hour cooldown until you may claim another.
