Gitlab repo: This is my main platform for online repositories, I try to keep it tidy but this is the day-to-day battlefield so if you are going to use anything here, make sure you check for stable versions.
Github repo: I also use github mostly for already finished projects so everything in here should be ready-to-use.
ECOS database: ECOS (Ecological Congruity Object-Scene) database is a collection of natural scenes optimized for standard visual tasks but that can easily be accommodated for other paradigms. A key aspect of this database is that it includes semantically matching and mismatching object-scene combinations which can be used to study many cognitive processes such as object-scene integration and segregation, object detection and identification and even visual search. The images included in this data set have already been used in attention and memory studies.
NeuroIm Methods meeting: These are recurrent meetings to discuss methodological papers on fMRI. The level of the topics is very variable (ranging from basic fmri preprocessing to advance multivariate techniques) since the program is updated dynamically. The materials we use in the meetings will be hosted in this gitlab repo and so is the agenda for the upcoming meetings. Do contact me if you want to join the meetings via Zoom.
