Also, click on Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire and fill it out!

Monthly fee of $25 due to gym by the 1st of each month. PayPal @EFTAC (Elite Fitness Training and Coaching), Venmo @Michael-Giesler, cash/check in person (during week evenings) or let us know if you need team assistance.

TIMES: weekly on Sunday at 3:30 and Wednesday at 5:30
