Registration Rates
General Admission: $250 CDN + Tax (Limited to 45 attendees)
Student Admission:: $100 CDN + Tax (Limited to 5 attendees)*

Lightning Talk speakers need to register at the General Admission rate.
Registration includes breakfast (Monday, Tuesday), lunch (Monday, Tuesday), conference banquet (Monday), Exchange District and planetarium tours, and joint-reception with the CHLA/ABSC Annual Conference at the Winnipeg Art Gallery.
Registration closes on May 26th, 2024.
Refunds and Cancellations: Registration cancellations must be submitted by email to me-linh.le@umanitoba.ca and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Sunday, May 26th, 2024.
Accommodations
On-campus accommodations will be at Pembina Hall (35 Maclean Crescent on the University of Manitoba campus). The cost is $81.00 per person/per night plus taxes. The deadline to book the Pembina Hall residence room is May 24, 2024.

No payment is required up front. Guests can pay by debit, MasterCard or Visa during check in. Cash is not accepted.
Parking is not included. If parking is required, guests can ask when checking in and the staff will provide a QR code that will be used to arrange parking.
Checking in Process:
Check in at the residence office in the lobby of Arthur Mauro Residence at 120 Dafoe Road. Pembina Hall is a short 2-minute walk across the street.
Other details:
The residence office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check in is usually 3:00 p.m. but earlier check in may be allowed if rooms are ready.
Check out is 10:00 a.m. Luggage storage is available at the residence office if someone is not leaving until later.
