The TNPSC Quiz App 2024 collects limited information when users voluntarily submit the Special Review form. The collected information is used for receiving and maintaining user feedback and is stored using Firebase Realtime Database.

Definitions
Application refers to the Android app TNPSC Quiz App 2024.

The following information is stored under the Reviewer section of the Firebase Realtime Database:
Unique ID (id) – a unique ID generated/obtained by the application for identifying the submission.
Mobile Number (Number) – the mobile number entered by the user in the Special Review form.
Review (Review) – the feedback or review text entered by the user.
Date (Date) – the date and time when the review is submitted.
Timestamp (Timestamp) – the submission timestamp recorded by the application.
The mobile number and review are collected only when the user voluntarily provides and submits them through the Special Review feature. The code requires a mobile number and review before submitting the form.
The collected information is used for:
Receiving and reviewing user feedback.
Maintaining records of submitted reviews.
Identifying the submitted review using the application's unique ID.
Recording the date and time of the submission.
The application does not require users to provide this information merely to use the normal quiz features.
The application uses Firebase Realtime Database to store Special Review submissions.
When a user submits the Special Review, the application connects to the Firebase Realtime Database and stores the information under the Reviewer database location.
The stored record contains:

Firebase is also used by the application to retrieve quiz content.
When users choose to share their quiz score, the app takes a screenshot of the score screen and stores it temporarily on the user's device in the internal storage at the following path:
Internal storage > Android > data > com.ksktnpscG4 > files > Pictures > FileShare
This screenshot is not intentionally uploaded to the developer through the Special Review system. It is processed on the device and used for enabling the user to share their score using their own chosen applications, such as WhatsApp or Gmail.
The Special Review code described above does not request the following information:
Name
Email address
Physical location
Contacts
Financial information
Passwords
However, other application features or third-party services may process information according to their own functionality and policies.
This app is intended for general use, including users who may be under 18.
Because the application can collect a mobile number and review when a user voluntarily submits the Special Review form, users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information in the review field.

The application uses Firebase Realtime Database for storing Special Review submissions and retrieving quiz content.

The normal quiz features do not require user registration or login.

Quiz content is retrieved from Firebase.
