Aliaksei Marozau (collectively, “Company”, "we", "us", and/or "our") operates the "Photo to Cartoon Maker - Tnfy" mobile application (the “App”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information, particularly your images, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.

1. Image and Face Data Handling

What we collect:
The app allows users to upload photos for AI-powered cartoon transformation. These images may contain faces, but we do not extract or store biometric identifiers (e.g., facial geometry or face templates).

How we use the images:
Uploaded images are temporarily sent to third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of applying cartoon styles. The processing is automatic, and the returned result is displayed in the app.

Face data retention:

• We do not store original or processed images on our own servers.

• All processing happens via secure, encrypted API calls.

• We do not associate images with any user identifiers.

• Images are not stored after processing on our servers.
  
  

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party AI providers, including:

• OpenAI API

These providers may temporarily process image data to generate cartoon effects. They do not retain this data beyond the processing session, in accordance with their own privacy policies:

We do not collect or store:

• Name, email, contact information

• Location or device data

All image transmission to third-party APIs is done via encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not store or log image content.

5. Face Data Reference (for App Store Review)

“Photos uploaded by users are temporarily sent to trusted AI APIs (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to apply cartoon effects. We do not extract biometric face data or store any images on our servers. Processed images are returned to the app and not retained beyond that point.”
