By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse or reverse engineer the app

• Not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission

2. User Content

You are responsible for all images, text, and files you upload.

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to your content

• You give us permission to temporarily process it for app functionality

• You understand we do not store your images or text after processing

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Premium Subscription

Premium unlocks:

• No ads

• Faster AI processing

• Higher image limits

• Voice reading

• Batch processing

• Other advanced features

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically through Apple.

• You can cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

• No refunds for unused time after renewal.

3.3 Free Trial (If offered)

If you cancel during the trial, premium access ends immediately.

4. Limitations & Disclaimers

• OCR and AI results may not always be 100% accurate.

• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete outputs.

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties.

5. Termination

We may suspend access if:

• You violate these terms

• You misuse the app

• You perform fraudulent subscription activity

You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it.

6. Intellectual Property

All app design, branding, UI, features, and code belong to us.
You may not copy, clone, or redistribute the app.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with:

• OpenAI

• Google Vision

• Apple IAP

• AdMob

You agree to their respective terms while using the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, unless required otherwise by your local jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice posted in the app or on this page.
