I'm a little late catching up with this month. We've just had Easter weekend and that was quitet but I was out and about. I've been on a few walks - pictures below. Spring is definitely here.
I've also set up a new Instagram account where I am slowly telling my cancer story. It's called @tnbc_keepyourjourney and can be found here: Instagram
Anyhow, back to this month's walks. The first set of photos are from 04.04.26 Hamstreet Woods, and the second set are from yesterday (05.04.26) when Andy and I walked along an old road near Kenardington (The Rare Breeds Centre).

I took part in a Breast Cancer Now Crocus Walk today. There were quite a few of us. We started off at Julie's Bench on Deal seafront, walked along to the cliffs. Next, we went up them and walked to St. Margaret's at Cliffe; continued up there for a bit then came back down the cliffs, back to Julie's bench. Such a lovely way to spend a Saturday.

It was a Future Dreams Cancer in Common event today. It's such a lovely place to be. Calm, welcoming, fun - I spent the afternoon with Tracy generally drinking tea and eating cake.
Before I went to the house, I had a wander around the St. Pancras area. I did find the Harry Potter Shop in King's Cross. I do love wandering around London. 😀
On Sunday 19th April, the Walkie Talkies walked around the Lympne area. Such as lovely morning - as usual.
Finally, I've joined the gym! I'm going with Kelly. I've learnt how to use the machines and am starting slowly. I just want to build up some strength and ensure that my bones stay as strong as they can possibly be. I did hurt my leg a little before joining the gym (I slipped down the stairs at the beginning of the month) and then irritated it at the gym. I've had an x-ray and thankfully I haven't broken any bones. Always need to check these things following treatment.
