Make sure your students are prepared for the school year. All students participating in athletics are required to dress out in the TMS athletics uniform every day.
All uniform orders will be delivered to the students by the coaches.
Reminder that in order to participate in Athletics a student must have a physical completed by a doctor and must complete the RankOne paperwork.
**Paperwork REQUIRED for all Athletes:

**ALL athletes must also complete the Emergency Card and Signature Page forms online at Rankone Sport (click on the blue Rankone Sport to take you to the parent portal)
Proceed to online form and then continue as guest. Then find your student. Complete the Signature Page, Emergency Information, and Sportsmanship policy.(Only Football has to complete the helmet form)
**You do not have to upload the physical form. That can be returned to the athletic directors.
