Venue: Bar-Ilan University
In recent years, the study of quantum matter has revealed a wealth of exotic phenomena, including unconventional superconductivity, fractionalized excitations, nontrivial topology, and quantum geometry. Understanding and describing these effects requires advanced theoretical methods. This winter school is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to these modern theoretical tools.
The school will feature extended lecture courses delivered by leading theoretical experts, allowing participants to engage deeply with key methods and ideas. These will be complemented by short lectures from experimental researchers, highlighting the connection between theory and experiment and illustrating the relevance of theoretical concepts to current experimental platforms.
The program is aimed at graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scientists in condensed matter and related fields.
