This is a site for Thomas Mountain Village homeowners and renters only. We do not use cookies on this site and we have no interest in your browsing habits or in advertising to you.

We have an optional online form for you to update us on your contact and emergency information. Alternately, you can download this form and mail it to us. This information will be used by Thomas Mountain Mutual Water Association board members as needed for water association business and communications.

List of categories of personally identifiable information we collect on this form:

Owners name, mailing address, Thomas Mountain Village address, email, phone number (is it text capable?)

Emergency Contact Name, their relationship to you, their address, email address, phone number (is it text capable?)

Your digital signature

For those locations that have renters, we also collect:

Renter's name, Thomas Mountain Village address, email, phone number (is it text capable?), and is the renter responsible for paying the water bill.

List of third parties with whom we may share such personally identifiable information:

We share this information with our bookkeeper who processes your bills and payments.

Process for reviewing and changing personal data:

You can update your personal data by using the online form or by downloading the form and mailing to us. You can also call 951 468-0262 or email us ThomasMtnWater@gmail.com to review and change your personal data.

We may update our Privacy Policy as needed. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
