Are you over the age of 18?
Do you have a social security number?
Do you have a valid form of ID?
Do you have least 5 years of credit history?

For In- Person Notarizations a valid government issued picture ID is the only requirement.
Online Requirements
Computer and a smart phone (with internet access) OR just a smart phone
Webcam OR smart phone with forward-facing camera
One of the following United States IDs
Driver's License
State issued ID card
US passport
Credit history (used for providing KBA questions) for Security Check
National Notary Association Member since 2019
National Notary Association Signing Agent Certified
Loan Signing System Certified Loan Signing Agent
Background Check, E&O Insurance Coverage, Bonded
Michigan Remote & e-Notary Commissioned
