Juyong Lee, Ph.D.
He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Changwon National University. His research focuses on utilising data-driven decision-making methodologies to study energy and power industry strategies, carbon neutrality and next-generation technology demand forecasting and social acceptability. To this end, he employs a multidisciplinary approach spanning statistics, econometrics, and AI-based modelling.
He obtained his integrated Master's and PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from Yonsei University in 2021. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering and Technology Management from UNIST in 2014. Upon completing his PhD degree, he undertook postdoctoral research at the Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG) at the University of Cambridge, UK.
