Shuttle service will be provided to participants from Lotte City Hotel to NIMS in the morning and from NIMS to Lotte City Hotel in the evening. Lotte City Hotel and Hotel ICC is only 400 meters apart from each other.

How to get to Hotels: It is almost same with the direction from airports to NIMS. The most convenient way is to use Airport Limousine Bus. The bus stop is in the 1st floor of the arrival terminal. At bus ticket booths, you can purchase the limousine bus ticket bound for Daejeon for KRW 23,100 (Deluxe)/ KRW 25,400 (22:00-02:00)/ KRW 27,700 (02:00-04:00). The bus stops for "Bus for other province" (9C-10C) are across the street. Bus for Daejeon leaves at "9D". It will take about 180 ~ 200 minutes for buses to arrive at the destination, the Daejeon Government Complex. From there, it will take 6~7 minutes by taxi to Hotels (3 km, ~KRW 3,500).
