Not at all! We bring all essential cleaning equipment, so you don’t need to supply anything. This includes vacuums, mops, buckets, cloths, spray bottles, and all the cleaning products needed to leave your space spotless.

We do kindly ask that you provide access to electricity and have working plug sockets available, as some of our equipment—such as vacuums—requires power to operate.

We offer several convenient payment options for both regular and one‑off cleaning services. You can choose from:

• One‑off BACS payments — quick and simple bank transfers for single cleans

• Cash payments — paid directly on the day

• Direct bank transfers — ideal for ongoing or scheduled services

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques, and we currently do not accept contactless or chip‑and‑pin card payments.

We offer a flexible range of cleaning schedules to suit your needs. Whether you’d like us to visit a few times a week, once a fortnight, or once a month, we can tailor a plan that works perfectly for you. Our goal is to make your cleaning routine as convenient and personalised as possible. 

We offer a wide range of cleaning times to suit your schedule. Our standard availability runs from 9am up to 7pm, giving you plenty of flexibility to choose a time that works best for you. We also offer weekend availability when needed, making it easier to fit cleaning around your lifestyle. 

Yes, we do. Our minimum charge is £40, which helps ensure we can cover travel, time, and essential cleaning costs while still providing a high‑quality service. 

We are based in Corby, and we proudly cover the whole Northamptonshire area, including surrounding towns and villages. We also provide services to nearby locations such as Rutland, Oakham, and Market Harborough, ensuring you can access reliable cleaning support across the region.
