Cloud Save Guide
This page explains the Cloud Save status and how to troubleshoot if it isn’t working.
You can check the current status in Settings → Mobile.
Status:
✔️ Connected
❌ Not connected properly. Please troubleshoot the issue using the following steps:
Install the official Google Play Games from Google Play.
Open the Google Play Games.
Click on the Profile at the bottom right.
Create a player profile or log in to your Google account.
Close the game and reopen it.
Check Settings → Mobile → Cloud Save again.
If not connected:
Make sure you are logged into Google Play Games.
Check your internet connection.
Restart the game.
